2. Complete your daily check-ins from July 22 to 26, 2026.
3. Receive your personalized stress report at the end of the challenge

How it works

Each day takes only a few minutes. At the end of the five days, you’ll receive your report, turning invisible signals into something you can see, understand, and act on.
