GEEK Information Webinar

The Ontario Brain Institute (OBI), Growing Expertise in Evaluation and Knowledge Translation (GEEK) program is designed to bring evaluation expertise, support and funding to community-led programs and services focused on brain health/ people living with brain disorders. We will be hosting an informational webinar on July 20th from 12 - 1 PM where you will have the opportunity to learn about how to apply and the value the program will bring to your organization.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the GEEK Program: Participants will gain an overview of the GEEK program, including its goals, key components, and the types of community-based brain health initiatives it supports.

• Explore Evaluation and Knowledge Translation Practices: Participants will learn how evaluation and knowledge translation can strengthen program impact, sustainability, and scalability within community-led initiatives.

• Prepare for the Upcoming Open Call: Participants will become familiar with the upcoming GEEK open call, including eligibility criteria, application expectations, and next steps for submitting a proposal.
