Promoting Mental Wellness in Indigenous Communities

On September 26 OBI hosted a public talk featuring three visionaries working to eliminate health care disparities between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities and promoting mental wellness through a network of Indigenous leaders. Our speakers were Dr. Michael Dan (Philanthropist & Former Neurosurgeon), Dr. Suzanne Stewart (Director of Waakebiness-Bryce Institute for Indigenous Health at the University of Toronto) and Carol Hopkins (Executive Director of the Thunderbird Partnership Foundation).
