Diamond is seeking a research analyst to work with its multi-disciplinary team on a variety of research initiatives. The research analyst will work closely with the company’s head of pre-clinical research, assisting with project management, study design, and analysis of results. Additionally, the analyst will be exposed to all aspects of the company, including clinical development, discovery, marketing, and business development, and will work with various staff and executives depending on the project. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of early-stage pharmaceutical development and be an integral part of a fast growing and innovative pharmaceutical company.

Required skills and background

  • PhD in neuroscience or neuropsychopharmacology preferred
  • Excellent research skills
  • Self-motivated and curious
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Proficiency in statistics is a plus.
  • Passionate about improving the treatment of mental health

We are operating 100% remotely during COVID. This position is expected to continue to be remote.
